Ms. O’Neill is the CEO of ENSO Advisors LLC, a comprehensive equity capital, marketing and investment product development consultancy drawing on over 30 years’ experience as an international executive in fundraising and marketing with global organizations and Fortune 500 companies. She was a founding partner of private equity real estate investment firm Tristan Capital Partners, London, UK, which manages over €10 Billion (AUM) for US and EMEA clients and extensive expertise in business operations working with previous alternative asset investment firms.

Edward “Brock” Brockschmidt, CPA, MBA

Mr. Brockschmidt is a serial entrepreneur that is passionate about software products that give companies operational leverage. He serves as CFO with multiple successful operational technology startups. Previously, Brock was a managing partner of a technology enabled CPA firm that handled bookkeeping, tax planning, financial advice, and IRS representation.
